Bagels selber machen geht schneller als gedacht. Warm und frisch aus dem Ofen oder getoastet, mit Frischkäse, Lachs oder Schinken belegt, schmecken sie am besten.

I'm so sorry, dass ich mit dem Backen kurz ausgesetzt habe. Dafür geht es jetzt amerikanisch angehaucht weiter; mit diesen Bananen-Muffins mit Ahornsirup und Kakao-Walnuss-Streuseln.
