Sourdough Class Gift Card, ONLINE

You can buy a voucher for Sourdough Secrets I (40€), Sourdough Secrets II (55€) or both Sourdough Secrets I+II (90€)

During Sourdough Secrets I students learn how to build a sourdough starter from scratch, with which you will then be able to bake your very own sourdough bread over and over. I'll also show you how to make your own bread while also explaining different terms that are important for bread baking.

The class includes instructions on How to build a sourdough starter, a 4-hour class (with breaks) on How to bake Sourdough Bread, a PDF guide to Sourdough Bread Baking and an FAQ sheet, as well as access to my private tutorial Instagram Account @sourdoughsecrets, where all steps are explained via video. It also includes assistance in all of your questions via email.

During Sourdough Secrets II students learn how to go a step further while baking with sourdough. 8 lessons guide students through different techniques and recipes, such as brioche, high hydration doughs, bagels, filled apple and cinnamon buns, Swedish cinnamon & cardamom buns, cookies, brownies, pancakes etc.

The classes takes place fully via Thinkific, a platform, where each recipe can be watched on video step-by-step. A recipe booklet is provided for each lesson and there is an online forum where students can exchange thoughts and ask questions. Email support is provided as well.
