Works with everything: burgers, meat, fish, potatoes, roasted veggies..everything. Love it, started to use it as my toothpaste as well.

Blend Burger in Paris. There are now three of them across the city. Chilled place, great meat, amazing buns and also important: they offer sweet potato fries.

I know, I know...I am in the States for almost three months now and there has still been no blogpost on Burgers, so here it is. The reason for this slightly delayed post, is me simply not wanting to write about all the burger chains and burger places I tried, which were rather just average.

If you want to enjoy your stay in Barcelona in a traditional way, you should visit the Xampanyeria Bar 'Can Paixano' in the street "Carrer de la Reina Cristina, 7". The bar serves traditional Cava, the Spanish champagne, for about 1€ a glass. After four glasses (so when you're 4 people, after each glass) you have to order something to eat. This is not expensive either cause they mostly serve Tapas; I really do recommend the Xistorra (a very greasy and salty sausage) with some bread, the Cecina (some kind of Spanish cured ham - tasting very very very good) or the burgers with lomo and cheese. It's almost always crowded here and you have to be cautious to not spill your cava, but you will definitely have an amazing evening! They close pretty early, about 11pm but are already open at 10am so prepare for a long day ;) . Give it a chance, you won't regret it and this is a place you surely won't forget.
