Restaurant Friday: Fresh Pasta at Mädchenitaliener, Berlin
Fancy fresh pasta in the heart of Berlin? Love not-so-common ingredients? Then you should try this…
A nice restaurant in Berlin Mitte, within walking distance from Hackescher Markt. The atmosphere is very cozy and food is great. Fresh pasta with fancy ingredients. Make sure to make a reservation, it can get crowded over here! Most of the time waiters were nice, some a bit sleepy though and aloof.
What to eat? - You have to order the fresh Tagliatelle with a rich lemon, poppy seed, rosemary sauce with Italian fennel salami, pine nuts and figs. To die for! I also liked the antipasti plate with cheese, olives and other good stuff. The truffle pasta is also tasty.
Price? - Pasta is around13-15€. Although portions are quite big I find it a bit pricey.
When to go? - They have cool offers for lunch where you pay around 15€ for a starter and a main course. In the evening it's a vivid, welcoming place where you can celebrate special occasions with your beloved ones or just spend a nice evening. Reserve a table before going.
